Connectedness: The Dream Allies Network

The 'Dream Allies Network', is a new mini course detailing the work of the community coalition operating in the Los Angeles and Alhambra school districts. The network has created a community of Dreamer Resource Centers for vulnerable student populations that are student-centered, inclusive and brave. Voices from educators, community members, students, and parents will share their vision and experience in the development and growth of high school Dream Centers throughout Los Angeles and Alhambra school districts.  Each of our four sessions will focus on a different perspective in creating these unique and brave spaces.

Course Facilitators: Your facilitators will include Javier Gutierrez, Li'i Furumoto, Karen Jacobson and Bryan Kim of the Dream Allies Network.

Course Times and Dates: This course will be held on Mondays, October 28, November 4, November 18 and December 9, at 6-7pm CST. The sessions will be recorded and made available to all participants.
