'Implementing AI - Lessons and Questions' is designed to empower educators with essential knowledge and practical skills in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education. Participants will explore the fundamentals of AI, compare leading chatbots, discover AI-powered educational applications for both teachers and students, examine equity considerations, as well as, in our final session, raise and discuss questions regarding future policy decisions with Michelle Miller, the Director of Innovation at the Center for Labor and a Just Economy at Harvard Law School. Through hands-on experiences, educators will learn to harness AI's potential in lesson planning, assessment, and personalized learning, while also addressing challenges such as bias in AI systems. By the end of the series, attendees will be prepared to make informed decisions about AI integration in their classrooms, contribute to policy discussions, and shape the future of education in an AI-enhanced world.
